how do you remove a DC2 windshield? im having no luck at all!

also im planing on doing a auto to manual swap and just curious will the LS cable tranny work on a obo2? i know its interchangeable but do i need to convert to obo1 etc? if so i'll stick with hydro tranny

 

You want to know how I remove it? I pay a windsheild guy $100 and he takes it out for me.

But if you want to do it your self, which I'm sure there are only a few people who would, you need to use piano wire in a slow "saw" motion and gently pry the windshield off the car. Industrial size suction cups w/ handles would help pull the windshield.

As for the tranny question, I dont think it matters. There's a few sensors on there but you should be able to wire them up nonetheless.
