SSR Wheels?
This post is not for my car, it's a for a friends' car, so please bear with me. He has an 06? Civic Si sedan. He wanted some opinions on a set of high quality wheels for his car, so i figured i would get some opinions here as he does not have a forum account. He prefers forged wheels to cast.
His civic is white, and he is considering some SSR Type C in the following sizes and offsets:
17x7.5 +49
18x7.5 +49
Are these wheels too big for a civic si 4 door, and would these work?
These are the wheels just in case so people can see:

Any comments, or constructive criticism is appreciated.

nice wheels and super lightweight, I had some 17x8 for my last STI.
yeah what they said, go with a lower offset!
the 18's can look goofy depending on your tire choice, I think a 17 looks sick, especially in 17x8 with a nicely fitting (not a fat baloon and not a skinny rubber band) and high quality tire.
