Default Rad. Fan?

I wanted to know if it is bad running no radiator fan, i have no thermostat so my engine always stays cold, and my fan doesn't work anymore.

You "will" overheat. You "should" run a T-stat. with no T-stat the water doesnt stay in the radiator long enough for it to do its job.

My fan never comes on but I am running a giant Mishimoto aluminum radiator.

T-stat and fan and hurry before you ruin something.
