Both Sets of fog lights are Koito off of Lexus'. I've seen these Modified into Civic CRX Accord and Integra's.

The GE Nighthawks and HIR bulbs are some of the best halogen headlight bulbs you can find.
9005 GE Nighthawks Light bulbs. 9005 bulbs modified to fit in 9006 housings. They have the brightness 9005 but modified to fit 9006. Less than 5 hours of use = $25 shipped or $20 picked up.
