jdm kid: I am selling because its time for something new. I am actually thinking about getting a Supra.
C5: Estimated power for my set-up was 620whp. They said this motor will handle 700+whp.
ILOVEGIRLS: Its some coating JG puts on the block. It seems like a paint, but I have never had spray paint that shiny.

I heard they put that paint on blocks to cover ones that have been TIG welded back together. Why else would you paint an aluminum block.
Anyhow, if the repair was done correctly, I'm sure it's not going to hurt anything.

Wasn't trying to discredit you at all, nor did I want anyone to take it that way.
I am sorry if my post was misleading, and won't mind if you'ld rather they be deleted.
Sorry bout that.

In the first and last picture on the lower right hand side (drivers side) of the block you can see the letters HAP scratched into the block. The auto recycling place where I bought this motor originally put that there, and as you can see this is the same block I recieved back from JG. Like Blown90hatcH said this block has never been damaged in any way, shape or form.
