Default Engine savy ppl . please read i need help

ok i need help.. here it is..
i have a 96 obd2 accord Lx non vtec and i got a 96 h22 but it needs to be resleeved

now i found a guy to buy my accord engine because he blew his engine and a girl wants to buy his car.. so he need my engine

his car i think is a 94-95 accord. not sure if its Lx or Ex.. but what do i have to do to get my eninge in his... because his money will get me resleeved and h22 in..

options:
1- he keeps his harness and uses my engine? and finds a non vtec ecu if he is ex
2-do i need to sell my harness? only if he is Ex then. to get rid of the vtec right?

What will it take to get his accord running with my engine? thanks i am in a hurry to sell cause we all know.. no one buys non vtec accord engines.. lol
thanks

basically here's how it works

if he's LX, you're in great shape...
swap the intake manifold/throttle body and the distributor from his car to your working engine...and 99% of the wiring harness in his car should plug in...then you should be set to drop the engine in

if he's ex...1. i'm not sure if the intake manifold will bolt up, if it does you can do that...but then he's going to get a CEL for vtec. Which means you need an obd1 non-vtec ecu

Well im pretty sure that it has to be changed from ODB1 --> ODB2, due to all the emissions controls, and he may throw check enegine lights if you do not convert.

He will need the 96 EX ECU, the 96 EX Distributor, and Intake Manifold.

Everything should plug right back the way it was barring a different (at/mt)transmission or anything like that.
