I have a 94 accord and I was driving it last night and then all of a sudden all my lights get dim and my wipers slow down and my speed-o and tach don't work no more. I started it this morning and it started up fine and the speed and tach and everything is working in normal condition. This is the first time this has happened to me and I told my girlfriend about it and she said that has happen to her a few times while driving this car but she didn't think nothing of it. Would a bad battery cause that to happen or would it be something else?

 

Alternator or ignition switch possibly.

 

X2 on the Alternator.
Maybe a bad ground aswell?

 

happened to me, it was a loose alternator connection.
