How tight should i tourque my rims on?

Default How tight should i tourque my rims on?

me and my buddys are outside right now with no manual, we just swapen rims and we wondering how tight we should tourque the rims too? these are american racing alloy rims.

Can some one tell me how much tourqe?

My book says 80 ft.lbs. but that is for stock rims.

I normally torque my aftermarket wheels to 85-90ft. lbs. As stated above 80 is OEM spec.
