I want to know, need help!

Hello, i want to know what i need, to do a LS/Vtec. Also if you guys have some type of instruction for the project.

Also I want your opinion:
What is better a Full GSR or a LS/Vtec.

for an ls/vtec all you need is an ls block vtec head, and ls/vtec kit.

ls/vtec is better in my opinion, more tq and hp then a gsr.
