Default california state ref/bar'd help

has anyone ever tried to bar/ref'd a 88-91 civic dx(b18a1) with mpfi wiring and passed? or did you folks just use the stock wiring integra engine harness? i would like to know what needs to be done in order to get the car bar'd/ref'd... and also when doing the b18a1 swap do you use the two purge valves off the integra because on the civic there is only one? these are the black solenoids valves on the firewall of the integra which runs two vacuum hose to the intake manifold... to which as the civic only has one... thanks for the info.....

Yes both purge solonoids are required for state referee. No you do not use the integra wiring, you either convert to mpfi using your stock harness or find an Si (equivalent year 88-89 or 90-91). Pretty much make your underhood set up look like a teggy.

can u post up a pic of where u mounted the two purge solenoid valve? i was thinking maybe just remove the old one and use the teggys in place and jus flip the connector and run longer vac hoses... but, yeah a pic of how u did urs would be great.. thanks for the info...
