i just picked up a 90 ef four door ex i swaped it out with a b18b and well the rpm revs up and down. i took off the cai and the top hole in my t/b i plugged it up with my finger and the reving stopped now what is causing this and how do i fix it

you need to clean out your iacv, or possibly replace the seal between it and the intake manifold.
