timing belt part numbers

timing belt part numbers
on my 94 gsr its unclear if the timing belt has been done at 125k. it is a honda belt but i was wondering if the original ones had different part numbers than if it was done at a dealer years later. these part numbers are on the belt that is in the car now:
14400-p72-014 and 126r426
it also says made in japan and then there is a series of numbers on top of each other going from:
132-0-33 to 137-0-33
