Yes, My seats got stolen. The F***ers ripped through the top and I wake up to no seats.
The car is a MY02 with all red interior. If anybody sees any being red seats being sold in the orlando/kissimmee area please let me know. They took a bunch of other things from the car as well (valentine one radar, shift ****, Cds, other important personal items) I know they are probably gone but its worth a shot.

btw Will insurance total the car?

Besides that, they did it in the gated community where my GF lives. All the entrances have 5-6 cameras and I know these ding dongs are on there. We know the maintenance guys and I will get to see the Hours between 11pm - 7am.

Going to run the tags via one of my good friends that lives there too. Maybe you saw his car when you were driving in by the main entrance? The squad car with "Orlando Police" written on it? YUP THAT's THE ONE. I'm guessing the presence of all the sheriff squad cars at least allowed me to keep my radio, my speedpass along with some valuables and a laptop in the trunk. I figure you guys were in a real hurry to not even check the center console. "BTW thanks for locking my doors" I appreciate the gesture! Then I shall make an epic win thread if the residence that your car is registered to turns out to have the same car on camera.

Enjoy your 4-600 dollars ladies. Because I'm hoping to be the face of karma that leaves you scratching your heads as to what is happening to all your mail (which will be rerouted to an address of my choice) just to name a few.

No worries though, if you were stupid enough to get caught on the cameras then i will find out who you are. (it's not rocket science). I really hope you guys switched tags or something on your car. If i get lucky and you guys didn't, then you can start biting your nails but still relax. I'm not damaging any of your property because the way I see it your probably some idiot that lives with others that don't deserve my callous nature. Also....... "IM NOT LIKE YOU". You've been scoping my car out, that I know because i highly doubt you would have the ***** to run in and grab seats when there is a police car parked in front of one of the entrances and two others were parked 5 spots down from where you got your "Prize".

all insurance gave me was an excess of 5000$'s worth of my seats/top

I just had my top slashed and seats stolen. Mine is an MY2000 and would have been totaled if the estimate called for brand new seats. The top replacement and seat replacement estimate was $9100. However, the adjuster was cool and didn't want to total the car so he found a set of used replacements seats in a parts database and wrote those into the estimate ($1875 per seat!), and basically the estimate was just short of totaling the car. He then told me he was going to cut the check directly to me and I could get whatever seats I wanted and the top fixed wherever I want. I have already received my check and my carbon kevlar Memoryfab S68's are on the way, with a good amount of cash staying in the bank.

FWIW, he told me he was working on another S2k seat theft (I think it was a MY2005, so the car itself is worth a bit more) and the bill for that car was up to $15k, but there was allegedly more damage to the interior than mine. Geico's threshold for totaling a car is repairs in excess of 75% of the assessed value of the car. For me, "luckily", the theives were very clean about it and didn't mess up much else, even disconnected the seat belt sensors properly!

mine got stolen at the beginning of february. its an 01 and they didnt total mine, so you should be ok.

i know who stole mine so if you'd like i would gladly give you the address via PM. the police couldnt really do anything for me after i gave them the address (i had no REAL evidence so they werent about to go knockin down doors lol).

if you're looking for aftermarket seats i HIGHLY suggest talking to Adam at kamispeed. its a small shop behind the racetrack gas station on sandlake road between john young pkwy and kirkman road. i just picked up my Brides yesterday and they look friggin SICK.

edit: the nice thieves that got mine also disconnected my seat belt sensors correctly lol. cept they scratched up the panels behind the seat while taking the seats out. oh and they left my doors wide open
