Yes they all have TB's

what about a d16z6 header?

no specific d18b8 stuff. All the manifolds listed have IACVs attched to them. So I would amagine all the 16valve IACVs would fit the cx manifold. I could be wrong though. No I dont have a d16z6 header, sorry
