Looking to buy 15" rims with 4x100 bolt pattern. Preferably white or silver in color with or without tires.

I'm ok with rota, work, drag, etc as long as they are in good shape. I have up to $1k budget give or take.

If it comes with tires I only want 195/50/15 only.

No rims larger than 15" please.
