Icon3 wont start been in storage help

Okay so this may sound like a dumb question but I need your advice ht car has been stored for about 4 months with the occasional rough start I'm pulling it out of storeage and its giving trying to turn on but no go. The spark plugs need to be changed so I am hopeing that will do it any advice on what else I can try I tried tapping the starter but wouldn't budge. It use to backfire on the rough starts the past few months. Help what do you think?

so it doesnt crank over?....do u hear a clicking noise when u turn the key?

No it cranks over it just won't turn over

1. Test your battery

Then once you know that the battery is good you can trouble shoot the rough start.
2. Check your timing to make sure everything is lined up.... timing belt/distributor
3. Check for fuel and fire (spark @ all 4 plugs)
4. How old is the gas in the gas tank?

Gas is a few months old I put fuel stabalizer in it tho should I get a few gallons of fresh gas?

Ygr battery has been charging the whole time wile its been cranking over but no start I hope to god its the spark plugs

check to see if inside the distributor is corroded and check the rotor for corrosion

After you check that if there is nothing noticeable there pull your plugs and check for spark. Pull a plug and leave it connected to the plug wire. Ground the spark plug against the engine block, head, PS bracket, or valve cover and while the engine is trying to start watch for spark. If there is no spark you then know where to start testing ignition parts.

Don't go out buying parts and throwing them at the problem.....test them first.

Ignitor (ICU)
Ignition coil
Plugs
Wires
Cap
Rotor
