I just ruined a perfect cf hood!
In fear of my cf hood flying off, I added the hood locks. But after hours of drilling and fitting, I can't get them to line up. The hood is curved, so the locking pins come in at an angle, and the receiving latches are sraight from the headlight support, so they don't meet up. I'm now kicking myself.
Any ideas?

i would suggest getting some longer bolts, or extend a bracket, and bend it the way you need it you didn't necessarily ruin your hood, just not going as planned. try another way

Sounds like a job for McGyver. Suggest welding or bolting tabs off the off the headlight support at an angle. Home Depot style.
