Default need hid advise

I am planning to install an HID for my 2007 accord. I think that installing a HID is not as easy as I think and I have a few concerns.

1) Will my original headlight good for the HID?
I read information somewhere on the internet saying that even though a person has a HID on, it will not be bright and "on focus"; the light will just go randomly and so that it will not be useful.
So, if I put a HID on my accord, will I have a bright and on focus light coming out from my headlight? I want something that looks like what it is shown on the picture. http://overtake.files.wordpress.com/...hid-bright.jpg

2) How should I choose a good quality HID?
First, where is a good place to buy the HID from? I mean I want to get a good one but not too expensive. And, I dun want to get ripped off. So, I found some deals on the ebay, I found some deals here...http://www.shopxenon.com/vi_60.htm... and ...http://www.xenoneyes.com/?gclid=CPvE...FRAMDQodfCU0yQ.... I really dun know which is good... in a way that they are good quality.

Please give me some suggestions! Thank you!

Sure projectors are better but if the bulbs are well aligned and housing adjusted it works well. And it will be better than stock halogen.
