V-Band flange prices
I'm looking around at v-band flanges/clamps and I've noticed something weird with the prices. The Vibrant flanges are about twice as expensive as most of the other stainless flanges I have found out there. What is so special about these that they are so much more expensive? Is it just the alloy?

Vibrant ones have a quick release design so you dont have to take the nut all the way off. They also have a nice machined lip so the flanges match up easily, no trying to line it up while dicking with the clamp.
www.racepartssolutions.com best prices and they will mix and match flanges if you need to connect aluminum to steel. and these also have the machined lip that is described above.
Most Vibrant stuff is expensive. Their v-band flanges are nice, but they're not as beefy as the others on the market. I use them alot because I have an account with them, but you have to be careful with the torque you put on them. (Naturally). The quick disconnect lever sometimes pops open. I like to tack the pin to the quick release lever. The inner lip is a really nice feature, they don't leak like other v-bands.
