well i got the car not that long ago and i didnt notice that it was missing the Impact bar i guess it got in a accident because the radiator support is new but can i get one from a junk yard or are they welded in??

 

They are bolt in. Very easy to install and the junkyard is a good place to find them.

You might want to check the local forums. People sometimes give them away due to intercooler installation or simply parting out.
