finally got everything running and tuned, but still having an issue at start up.

vitara piston/eagles
zex cam
stock head
skunk2 intake manidold

if i hold the pedal all the way down, it will catch. once running its good. idles fine and smooth at speed.

any thoughts? i'm kinda stumped since everything else is working so well.

 

Could be cranking fuel / post start fuel tables needing adjustment.

for a 450cc d16z6 what would you guestimate that trim to be?

 

IF you are using crome the fuel tools option should change everything to close to what you need if you set it up right.

If you smell gas on startup its too rich.
