I know this is a honda forum, but anyone build other NA motors?
Just wondering if anyone on this forum has built a NA motor outside the honda world. And how it compares to a honda engine, this may not be the right place for this thread.

A friend of mine has built a number of Nissan VVL SR20VE engines. They usually make 220-240whp and revv out to 9000. OEM blocks can make 220whp fairly easily.

I build small block fords. My last engine:Stock shortblock 302 Heads/cam/intake etc... made 307RWHP and 330RWTQ untuned.
Low 12's with a 1.60 60ft all day long.
I just sold my 331 stroker set-up and am going for 400RWHP with the stock 5.0 engine and a vortech blower.
