I know a guy has a 89 civic for sale. ls mesh wheels and stock wheels. On one or the other there is four brand new tires. it has a d15 four speed, with a 189,000 miles on it. Has a straight pipe and a tip on it too. He is only wanting $600 bucks what should I do? Runs and drives good suposibly

Yes I have six hundred but if I buy it I will be broke. And im thinking I could get it and resale it and maybe make a couple hundred bucks. And I dont really have a winter beater I know winters gone but should I wait and keep my money or should I buy it and hope it makes it too winter it has 189k miles
