advice: mr2 v6 bodywork project!
hey
my car is a 1990 toyota mr2 with a camry 3vzfe 3 litre v6. heres how the car looks

i painted the car in my garage last year my first diy paintjob and i learned a heck of a lot! ill be spraying it again this summer and hopefully will be asking for some advice off some experts on here :D
my master plan for my mr2 for the summer is as follows:
basically i want the car to look like this with the smoothed in sideskirts and the way the rear arches sit. border front border sides and spats all smoothed in....would this be really expensive - the smoothing bonding and affixing of the kit and the arch rolling/flaring?

i have fallen in love with this chap's mr2!!
ideally i would look for a bodyshop to just make the smoothed in effect along the car and flare the arches out to help sit the wheels in. the sanding down and spraying would be something i would do myself...
the wheels ive got are now 18"s - the front 16"s and rear 17"s super advans have been sold and ive just stuck my new 3 piece workmeisters on the rears and they look HUGE!!! think they are 18x10/18x9 but the tyre sizes are 245/40 235/40?!?! heres what they look like:

so with a kit rear spats/bumper etc and the arches flared (need em to prevent rubbage!) will they suit or just look too big...i mean are the alloys on that grey mr2 ^^ 18s?
thanks for any advice peeps!

Are you trying to get that exact look? If you are, by the looks of that pic you will need to do more than just molding in the side skirts to get what you want. You're gonna need a widebody kit to get that look. Also for the rims you'll need to change the offset to fit the widebody.
