Default Quick HC Rule Question

Hey guys,

I have been looking through the CCR, NASA section, about driver's seat mouting. Now I just want to know one thing. Does the seat have to be bottom mounted or side mounted? What are the benefits of either option?

Thanks,

Sev.

Whatever the seat requires, some seats provide side mounting, and some provide bottom mounting. You're required to mount it in accordance with the manufacturers spec. I have a Sparco EvoII that has side mounts.

Benefits: Side mounting will typically allow the seat to be lower, if you need it to be.
