i have a 89 crx si with a dohc zc and it started to idle below 1000rpm up and down i found out through searching that it can be the pss and/or iacv valve.I want to know what parts to order to fix it and if anyones had this problem before?

 

i found out that i can use a new iacv valve from any year crx but that might not be the problem.any other suggestions?

 

90% of the time it's just the iacv that either went bad or just needs a little cleaning

Stranglely enough I've had great success fixing a bouncing idle by bleeding the coolant. Yeah I don't understand it either. Or just cleaning the IACV as said before.
