Default JDM ecu in US car, second o2 is EGT?

quick question on a p73-003 JDM ecu going in a 97 USDM harness. i know the ECU doesn't need the CFS or the vtec oil pressure, those basically are ignored from what i gather. what i can't find jack on is the secondary o2. should i just plug the secondary o2 hole in the exhaust or does this ecu need an exhaust gas temp wired in?

I have a B18C (JDM-R) engine in my GSR using the p73-003 JDM ecu with no secondary oxygen sensor in my custom exhaust. I have yet to get an engine light on running like this for months so I would take that it doesn't look for it. Hope that helps.

No second O2 is used.

Think of it as an OBD1 ECU with an OBD2 connector, heh.

Yeah I had that also, it a cat overheat sensor, I had it connected and there is a light in the guage cluster. You dont need it at all. Just plug up the 2nd o2 sensor hole.
