Roller Barrel ITB's for B-series?
I've done so much searching and came up with nothing... I've seen several kits available for K-series, but I am looking for some B-series applications.
Does anyone here sell them or build custom kits for a B-series?
Thanks

I think your best shot would be to have a machine shop (Kinsler or maybe a local Canadian shop) mate up a Cosworth Roller Throttle Assembly (Part #YD8070) to a B series intake/runners/flange.

Get in touch with weiRtech here on H-T. He has access to fabricating equipment and already makes flanges for most Honda aps. He is in the Burlington area. He might be able to set you up with a flange and runners.

Kinsler wont do them. The Rollers have a great chance of something getting suck. The last thing someone want is to get stuck wide open.
Kinsler will however make a regular butterfly throttle body for your application.

The only M&M Throttles I found look like Toda/OBX Toyota 4AG converted units.

Found this thread, you could probably get the information for those ITB's posted

Damn, nobody makes roller barrel setups... I guess I will continue my search.
I have always been here, but just next door at the forced induction forums...lol

He is looking for a roller barrel throttle assembly, not butterfly throttle bodies.
OP I too was once looking for a roller barrel throttle body and found the Cosworth setup. $2k for the RbTB's themselves. + $300 for a 1/2" aluminum Cosworth TB to F22 mounting plate. The cost was in the tapper and shape change between the two. If it had of been a strait laser cut it would have been 1/2 the price. + $150 to have the adapter/mounting plate welded to the F22 manifold/runners. It was a bit out of my price range at the time but it is doable.

I put a set of Cosworth injectors on a H22.I used a 1/2 thick piece of aluminum for an adaptor. The bore centers on a Cosworth midget engine are the same as a H22.So it was pretty easy.
I think a B series is only .250 narrower than an H head.So you could make up for that pretty easy with an adaptor.I have pics if anyone wants to see.

either way man you Integra is getting sick Tony...
Hows the camry doing ???
So...is the improvement due to the fact that there isn't anything at all obstructing and resultingly disturbing the flow at WOT? i.e...the air doesn't have to flow AROUND anything.
the improvement would be no throttle plate in the middle creating a distrubance or turbulence in the air flow leading into the head...
heres pics posted from Nasioc forum:
Here are a pair of roller barrell throttle bodies at close position:
Here they're in the partial open position:

I personally would want to make an iris throttle body...
A ME I know in Knoxville made one for a Mustang. Fun to play with watching it open and close. Never heard what kind of gains it had though.
