ok so the outter seat rails (nearest to the doors) are kinda lose. how do i fix this? i have a brake and light inspection in the morning tomm. so please i need help asap. thank you in advance.

EDIT: i do realize i am missing a bolt on the left of the upper part of the rail but my other seat has it in there and it has the same problem so its not that.

 

allllllllright i found out the problem i just dont know how to fix it. the lever you pull up to slide the seat.. the teeth that are connected to it and lock the seat in place are not putting enough pressure on the other part. how do i fix this? hammer it in a bit with a hammer? i dont want to break my seat. waiting for a response. thanks.

I'm confused. Does your seat slide back and forth when you drive or the seat just wobbles a little?

 

it just wobbles a litte and im afraid the inspecter is gonna be a dick about it so i wanna get it fixed. its 184$ just to get this effing inspection and if i fail, well yeah ill have to pay for it again -___-

 

well you should have like a metal line going to and back to the lever if it still dont pull the other side make it a lil shorter help this helps

 

okay so the passanger seat no longer wobbles but it also doesnt slide anymore. i want to fix the driver side but i also want it to be able to slide when im down. any help?

 

what kind of inspection is this, you could fail because your seats wobble? cant you just borrow one of your friends seats for the inspection?

 

a brake and light inspection. but they inspect more then just teh lights and brakes. safety devieces the ball joints. all this ****ing randy *** stuff. anyways i just finished thanks for all the help -_-
