ok i have a 91' honda accord lx with some fan troubles!! the fan would run constantly(even in 20degree weather turned off) and drain the battery so i went through the norm testing the sensors all the fun stuff till i figured its probably the timer under the dash havent had time to change that yet so i pulled the relay so the fan will stop running and left it for about a week or so when i go out to get ready to get the part i put relay back in battery is dead (problem 1)and when i do get it started now the fans won't come on at all (problem 2) and the car is warmed up so shut it down and keep checking to see if they come on and no dice! please can someone help not sure where to turn to next...
