Ok... I have done brake about 100 times in my life but this time I really did a stupid move when bleeding my brakes... I forgot to put my pad on before asking my girlfriend to pump the brake... Both piston fell down with all the brake oil... I know I know...
Can I just clean piston and put them back in the caliper? Or is there any seal or something that need to be change...(forget about the dust seal, it's alwredy turn out to ashes since it's a track car) To be honest, I never had this happen before... Usually, when my calipers jams, I just switch to news one...
So can I just put back piston there, put my pads on and bleed them back?

i wouldnt reuse them, the pistons are held in by a cup type seal..by reinstalling them youll damange the seals and puke break fluid when you step on the pedals... also leak all the time...
i would just buy new calipers. or get a used pair till you can get new ones... this would be a great time too plan a break upgrade

just clean it and put it back in. the rebuild kit comes with the dust boot and the square cut seal. it's the square cut seal that you need to check to see if it's deformed because that is the seal that actually keeps the fluid from coming out. clean it with a high grit sandpaper and put it back together.

Boots where all burn and crack... The only seal I've sean inside was kindda halfway in the caliper... It seams to seal correctly but I finally decide not to take chance and bought 2 new one... The're cheap now...75$ each... brand new with the bracket...
Anyway, you learn from that kind of mistake...
