Lately when i go to start my car for the first time, in hot or cold weather, it makes the sound like when you turn the key when the car is allready started. But if I turn off the car and restart it, it doesn't do it anymore. It only does it when i go to start it for the first time!! Is it a bad starter or could something be wrong with the flywheel??? TIA

 

bad starter, or mine was doing that, and it was the ring gear on the flywheel was loose...i had to change the starter 3 times b4 i figured that one out
