Also something you may want to consider is that the gsr cams were ment for the gsr IM. And the ITR cams were meant to run the b18c5. While there are not many differences betweent the C5 and the C1 you may not see the gains expected with out supporting mods. If you are going to get cams the skunk2 tuner 1's would be a much better choice. Unless you are trying to say within a certain SCCA class, then the ITR's will keep you in a lower class. But if it's just for fun, i would suggest the Sk2 tuner 1 over the ITR's, there isn't much of a difference but with correct tuning you'll make more power. Also you will need to tune, so plan on spending money on a hondata ecu, or some other program, and a different IM to get all the performance you can out of your new cams. Oh yeah, since no one else mentioned it, you should get new springs, ITR or better. Search as i don't know if this is 100% accurate, but i think you could run your gsr intake springs on the exhaust cam, and just get new ITR springs for the intake if you are on a tight budget. If not, new springs all around won't hurt. GL

pro 1s are BIG and need the skunk pro valve train and also more than the 10:1 compression of a stock GSR. 11:1 is the minimum number people tend to run these at. 11:5-1 to 12:1 is more common. the skunk tuner 1 is a slightly larger version of the ITR cam, is this what you were talking about? they will also work with ITR springs
