Default K series guys.... this is pretty wild. have you seen anything about this?

Im flipping thru a Hyper rev catalog. and of course its all in japanese.

well i see a K20 page. it has a K20 set of pistons laying there. it has a crank, which i cant identify since its labeled in kanji. but the rods are B16A. the total dispacement was right at about 2300cc.

anyone heard anything about this combo? what would the crank have been? i think this might be pre-rdx its a fairly older hyper rev catalog.

worst comes to worst ill wait for my girlfriend to come home and translate the label next to the pic of the crank.

weird.

yes, a few years ago that was one of the first stroker kits.

and iw ill list out some points in the article

-they tried using k24 block but failed (breakage and wont rev)

-modified k20a piston

-modified b16b rods

-modified crank (apparently the crank if belt driven orginally)

-the bore is 86 and 96mm stroke (they claimed no problem in reving to 9000rpm all day long, they use it for circuit racing car)

-CR is 12.1

-heaps better compare to 99m k24 stroke

-they will not disclose the spec of the crank (trade secret)

For some reason I'm thinking an h22 crank. Is the s2000 a Timing chain or a timing belt setup. Nikos said the crank use was originaly belt driven and modified.
