Default engine swap

I have a 2000 civic dx. Its a Automatic for the time being, but im going to be doing the b16 swap. I want to swap in a 5speed but I was trying to figure out the cost of doing the swap. The engine will come with the manual transmission but
i will need the remaining parts for it. Can anyone tell me what is required for the swap and around how much I should expect to pay for it do be done.

Are you ordering a full swap or just engine+transmission? If you're getting a full swap all you'll really need on top of it is small parts like the pedal assembly and maybe shift linkage but it will probably come with the swap. You can expect the labor to cost anything between 500-1000, maybe more depends on the shop's rep.

Are you getting the first Gen B16 or the second?. if you can find a b16 with transmission for that price, then you are one lucky S.O.B.

lol... funny

I hear that b16 cost 1,500 or more + tranny even more

=o if you were going to swap the b16... you will need ECU,tranny, full eng. parts, eng. hareness + dash hareness, and back hareness.

Comment: If you got your swap and no longer need your 2000 dx eng. hareness... I was wonder how much will you sell it?

I've done this swap b4. Since ur getting a complete swap (engine, tranny, axles, harness, shift linkage, mounts, & ecu) all u'll need is a b16 rear tranny bracket (T-bracket), manual tranny bracket, pedal assembly, clutch master cylinder, clutch line.
