Can H22 heads fit F23a1

Can H22 heads fit F23a1 motor and i also need some suggestions to make serious power with the stock block using aftermarket internals

Keep the F23 head and go for boost. G22/23 are not very reliable for boost (serious power). If you're planning on NA power go for the frankenstein
