would stock injectors work until i actually build the motor?

 

stock injectors for what? There are no stock injectors for a 2.0 vtec motor.

Would stock GSR/LS injectors work? Yes. Would the tune be correct? No

Will running your motor with too small of an injector on no tuning hurt it? Possibly

 

stock b16 injectors. it will have a mild tune. not gonna spend hours tuning it cause i will be building another block for it at the same time due to the pistons that i have ( that is another topic though, some shady ****)
