Default changine rev limit effect tune?

Right now my jdm obd h22 limits at 7400. I would want to take it up a notch to 8200. Would that mess up the tune on the car?

if you simply raise the rev limiter and you have no fuel or ignition tables with values for that high of rpm. basically not tuned for that high. motor wont likey.
