Will the AFC Hack work on a car running a chipped ECU. I know chipped ECU's run off their own fuel basemaps so I am not sure if and how the AFC will work with the ECU.

Please don't flame, this question is more for personal knowledge than anything else. Thanks for any input!

 

It will work just like it does for a NA car, but there's not much of a point to do it. You can sell it to a ricer for the price of a slightly used pair of cams. I can assure you bigger cams will make more power than an AFC.

 

Or even more power than cams, is a competent tuner with a real management system

Sure, it'll work. In recent news, the AFC Hack has died of cancer. Yes, cancer... from all the fumes of engines with busted ring lands and blow by.

I hear the AFC hack is illegal in 47 states.
