I am having trouble reading the series of blinks.
The car is a 91 crx dpfi obd0, I decided to check to see if there was any codes when my mpg started to drop.

The red light blinks as follows: one, then pause, one, then pause, 13 blinks, pause, then 16 blinks.

The first 2 blinks dose that represent 20?

any help appreciated

 

longer flashes represent 10, the quicker flashes represent 1
so ___ ___ ___ ___ _ would be 41

 

so then my ecu is giving the code 20, 13 and 16. I thought when the ecu is giving a code lets say 16, it gives the one blink then 6, not 16 blinks>

 

right, long blink = 10, short blink = 1
