Well since the motor took a dump im parting it all out so I can just go stock for now.

All was in gsr bottom end
-Eagle H beam connecting rods- 150.00
-Cp 11.5:1 high compression pistons- 3 of them 100.00
-- Crank is still good also-100.00

All below were installed by me: make offer on all this has no more than 3k miles
-Brand new Type R oil pump- pending
-Brand new Type R waterpump-pending
-Brand new Type R timing belt and tensioner-pending
-Brand new front crank seal
-Brand new main seal
-Password jdm magnetic oil drain bolt-pending

All was on b16 head
-SuperTech Inconel Exhaust Valves-12 of them
-SuperTech Black Nitraded Intake Valves-12 of them
-PortFlow Inner/Outer Spring Set
-PortFlow Titanium Retainers
-Golden Eagle 3 ring cam seal
-Stock distributor with new cap and rotor- 100.00 pending
-DSM 450cc injectors from a ford lightning.- 75.00
-ITR exhaust manifold- 75.00
-Valve cover- 50.00
-GSR stock cams and gears-75.00
