Everyone has done this?? lol

OP, what are you putting the H22 in?? Prelude, Accord, Civic, Integra, Del Sol, CRX? We need more info...

In a Prelude/Accord, no a B-Series Trans will not work.

In the Civic/Integra/etc, it will work. You have to get a an H2B Adapter Kit.. I believe there are two on the market.
There is also an H2D Adapter I believe.

Not going to debate on the strength of the Transmissions... They were built for completely different engines..

I think the reason the people do the H2B is because of the gear ratios, not durability or lack thereof.

H2B is so ppl can put an H motor in a car that has a B series tranny... its called and H2B not a B2H. to answer your question, don't waste your time/money, if you want a better tranny build up an H series (or F) tranny to mirror a B series gear ratios if thats what ur after.

The H22 Accord Euro-R tranny has ratios similar to the good B series ratios.
