I have Pioneer 6'' 400 watt 4 ways in the doors and the back like normal. But it was a bitc* to find the bracket for back but i got some for $25

then i added 6x9 Pioneer 500 watt 5 ways in the hatch top the wood thing thats in the back and that looked good sounds nice but i wanted a lil more base so i got a sub from a 07 civic si
its the 8'' a friend gave it to me he up graded his and did not need the 1 he gave me i put it on the same thing the 6x9 r on right in the middle.

man my shi* sound nice as fuc* now i have a 6 speaker eg im so happy

its good for that but it sucks at night time 2 see out lol but it looks good.

 

You would be better off with a good component set up front and a sub. more doesnt equal better.

maybe but i spent all but $25 on my stuff will the head unit was $250 but all the speakers where free and sounds good and clean

 

u just killed a 250 dollar cargo cover from honda for some cheap *** speaker. and a cheap woofer.

wtf cheap thats some good speakers for free not the sub but it sounds good the 2 speakers that you can see are 5way 500 watt the sub is from a 2007 civic si not the best sub but it works
im still have the door speakers and the back seat speakers in but i want more sound so i did this and its nice as **** i like the spot i have all my hatch room still

how many civic have 6 speakers and a sub and still have all there room in the car for stuff like my kid in the back and food in the hatch

 

Its your car, if you like it then more power to ya. The wattage you give is peak wattage, but it really only matters how much your head unit puts out which is probably 15-23 watts or so.

It should be noted that the number of speakers doesnt matter, its the placement of the speakers that matters; its a concept called imaging. if someone has their 2 front speakers set up correctly with really good imaging, 2 front speakers will blow any 6, 7, 8, 9 speaker systems out of the water.

and with a good amp i can get the watts i need to hit its peek. but im not trying to spend money im still trying to put my k20 in.
