Battery problem
I have a little problem with my battery. It's a 91 hatch so the engine bay is kind of cramped with the battery just sitting in the way. I just installed a new intake and in turn had to readjust my battery a little. I basicly took some of those zip ties you can buy at autozone and moved it so i could fit the intake, but this has caused a problem. Now whenever I turn on the lights my right one doesn't want to come on.... so I have to hit it a few times. Basicly when I moved the battery to make room for the intake I didn't realize that the battery and intake where touching. This has obviously caused a short and pisses me off...hahaha
Anyway I want to move the battery to the rear seeing that whenever I decide to put a turbo on I will have tons of more room.
Sorry I went into such detail I just need some help and haven't really done this before. Thanks

relocating the battery makes for a lot of convenience. just be prepared to spend a lot on good 4 AWG wire to get it to the trunk, and also, if you ever plan on racing at a track where they inspect your car, you have to meet certain requirements for a relocated battery, including an emergency off switch, and etc. there are some threads about that on here somewhere.
Jegs has a good deal on a full relocation kit, including battery box. It'll simplify things immensely. If you have to do a ford tap test to get your headlight to work correctly, something's wrong. Solve the problem fast before it leads to other problems.
www.jegs.com or better yet i did a search for you! lol
