I know they came stock in the V6s but they use ball-ended bolts in the fender and hood hinge. I also know they sell aftermarket kits but I"m not willing to shell out 100 bucks or more for this, but having trouble finding a kit for my car. I've done this type of mod on a car I had awhile back by enlarging the hole in the fender, tapping it for a ball ended bolt and just swapping a bolt in the hinge...(this was on a '95 VW Jetta). Can this be done on the accord?
