Default sunroof expert needed

ok so my roof doesn't work, my first thought was to check the fuse, and its good. so where is the motor located and how can I check if its bad? any help would be great thanks for reading

Before you go testing the motor, I would try testing another known good switch first. Many times it's the switch that's at fault. Google around for a fix, as the search function here sucks dusty camel *****. You can often just take some sand paper to the contacts and bring it back to life, worked for me at least.

I second the switch, every post I have read of problems with a non-working or a slow moving sunroof is a dirty switch. Take it apart, clean it, and rebuild it with new dielectric grease.
