We locals were worried about qualifying for nationals this year. Looks like all we need is in Utah. Our local races will count as NASA championship qualification. No travel needed. A couple of us have raced at Miller Motorsports Park and the MPRA Series since it opened in 2006. Excited to have the championship in our home town. Looking forward to September.

That's true. Two years and Miller, then two years at Mid Ohio. The exciting part is that our MPRA races count towards the NASA championship.

 

Why not do Road America? Utah is super far west, Ohio is super far east. I plan on going either way next year, but it makes things easier on everyone if it's more centrally located

Our Team is taking the trip to MMP for the Nationals this year very seriously, we'll be campaigning four or five cars in various classes. Does anyone have any clear video of fast laps of the circuit and or pace notes of the circuit?
It would be great to at least be mentally prepared for this cool new circuit.

oh come on, lap times aren't that important anyway. we don't even pay attention to that stuff.

 

Yeah, just finding your way back to the Start/Finish line is an accomplishment

 

ya i have a compass on my dash and a track map sticker on the back of my winshield banner. In case i get lost.
