Default no high beams! 97 dx hatch

Well all this mess started when i noticed one of my ebay hids not working. So i checked the fuses and im almost positive that they all of them were good. So i took out the hids and swapped in the reg bulbs . And now i dont have any high beams. Any suggestions. Is there a relay that could be bad? I would much rather have my hids in being that i live in the woods and see more with the hids. Any suggestions?

its either they are good or not. if the filament is not burned then its good.

Does the high beam indicator light on the dash turn ON?

As already mentioned, check fuses 4 and 5 under the dash.

Another possibility is a bad combination switch.
