i'm in the process of taking off my pressure plate and was wondering how you take off the widget screws on the pressure plate without turning the whole clutch. i need help quicka

 

There should be plenty of torque on the 19mm bolt holding the crankshaft pulley on; use a 19mm socket and breaker bar to hold the crankshaft still against the A-arm or something and you should have no problem getting those widget screws off the pressure plate.
