1997 w/ power windows.

Both of them stopped working. Both motors tested good. Relays and fuses are good.

Is there a test for the switch? If the driver side switch fails does it knock out both switches?

As a note, the power mirror switch also doesn't work...

 

yea find someone else with the same switch and swap them to see if it works. if you don't know anyone with the same one then try a junkyard it's probably cheap and they might let you test it first anyway. if the new switch makes them work, problem solved

that's strange.. i always known the regulator was an issue but it's most likely the switch or wiring, hope you find a solution asap

 

Yeah both motors and regulators are great, work perfectly with power applied directly.

 

did you test how much or that you are getting power to the switch itself? my brother's dodge needed new windshield wiper motors, even though it bench tested fine. the bench test just sees if it works, not how much power it has so it could be a weak motor

 

master switch. pretty common do a input test for the master switch to confirm
